Cancellation Policy

Many late cancelations are out of our control, as life does happen :) however, in the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please have the curtesy to send me a text as quickly as you’re aware of the need to cancel, so I can have an opportunity to offer the appointment to someone while I work to get you back in. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call/text at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee for all clients/appointments. Time has been dedicated specifically for your appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee will be required. You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period (20min). Any deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the services booked will be required. Of course exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances are unavoidable. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation.
